What happens to my project when it goes to arbitration?: - Its state is moved to 'Arbitration' for the involved persons.
- If there are several people, only a part of the project is arbitrated, the project keeps going on while it is stopped for the arbitrated person.
In case of an arbitration concerning my project (being the buyer), how much money can I get back?: Depending on the time it occurs and the currency, the fees can reach 0 (< 60 days) to 4.25 % of the total of your transaction if you made it through Paypal or the amount of the bank fee for a bank wire transfer from our bank to your bank.
We will input details from other means when they will be available.
In any cases, it will be in the same currency.
If the seller in fault has got some positive balance, he will be debited of the coresponding amount and the buyer won't have any charge.
I wish to initiate an arbitration while my project belongs to the Contest category, can I?: This category does not allow you to do that from either part. You will have to choose someone or several people to receive the price(s).
