When a project belongs to this category, you require the participation of several people, you can decide the maximum number of people.
- What is an auction?

An auction for a project on RHM is similar to a common auction except the fact that it is reversed; freelancers bid on a project and the purchaser can choose the right person according to the bid amount and the experience of the bidders.
The bids are made via the public/private messages boards.
- What is an Off auction?

It's similar to the Auction type but it is limited to selected people.
The manager should create groups of freelancers or/and teams of freelancers. During the registration of his project, the manager will assign the task to this group.
This type of auction will not appear within the list of online projects.
- What is Bug fixation?
- This type allows a manager to post a request to an open auction. A message is sent especially to worker(s) who did the last project which is having problems. There are less taxes for this type of project.
You must provide the name of the project being debugged.
- What is the salary (Hire a man) project type?
- For this type of project the deadline represents the period of the contract. The purchaser can decide with the freelancers when the salary has to be handed, it is by default based on days. For example a manager can decide to pay the worker every 30 days.
At the beginning of the contract, a deadline is enclosed which correspond to the end of the contract. The salary amount has to be escrowed before the end of the period specified in the contract. The work is sent throught the comment message board, there is no final work to send. By the end of the contract both sides will have to rate the other.
At any time you can request an arbitration.

- The manager needs to input the amount is willing to pay for a task and this amount can not be changed.
- What is a forum question?
- This is a forum except where answers can be rewarded. The deadline should be tight (20 min...).
