Every members should agree to a specific agreement intiated by the representant of the team before the project starts. The money is then dispatched between each member according to the percentage allocated in this agreement.
You may proceed if you refer to the team manager. He can include you into the team agreement. In any case once you belong to a team, you may post messages onto the current messages board.
