How can I pay?

For now: Paypal Only verified members.
If you can not pay via Paypal, you may pay via a bank wire transfer.

We will soon provide other means if there are demands: Ikobo, E-gold, VirtualGold, i-pay. Also by now we only accept EUR and USD. We plan to accept RMB, HKD and AUG.

How and when can I get my money?

Once the work is accepted, you may withdraw your balance from your account.

What are the RHM fees ?

Depending on the type of tasks, here is the scheme:

Challenge: 12.5 %
Auction: 12.5 %
Off Auction: 10 %
Fixed Payment: 12.5 %
Forum question: 12.5 %
Fix the BUG: 10 %
Salary: 12.5 %

Fees are taken once the task is over. They are here to cover our expenses for the transactions and other services such as Web hosting and so on.

When does the warranty deposit from the seller occur?

It has to occur within 3 days when the money for the project has been escrowed by the buyer.

How is working the RHM manual withdraw transaction sytem?

RHM will proceed every withdraw manually to avoid any errors or any abuses. When a mean you choose for proceeding the transaction is not available, we will contact you.
