I'm a newb in internet marketing (even in marketing in general), I just made a website and I have no idea what to do now to get people to visit it.
Can you guide me a little about it?
I'm read to pay to advertise but... there must some way isn't?

Well, first off, submit your websites to search engines. Then join forums and put your link in the signature and post a lot. Ask your friends to join your site and post, and buy advertisement space on others' websites.

Use other marketing resources such as social media websites, article submission, blog posting, forum commenting, all these will promote your website and increase your traffic.
