I m Jenny Thomas my company provide IT services. I found one best and better way to reduce my work load. Actually I m finding it somewhat difficult to recruits a employees on regular basis and then giving training to them and if after some time they leaves the jobs we have to again go for the same process repeatedly
But before someday I hire one company called (http://www.marketraise.com/) .They provides me such employees only but on virtual basis .It means that company will going to take care of all of you programming work, so indirectly it will save your time to search a employees if the existing one leaves their jobs .Therefore due to this my work get much simpler and easier .
